The Garde Café is part of our social enterprise Naturellement. Preparing fresh and wholesome food with utmost care using the highest quality raw materials.

We strive to use as many organically grown ingredients as possible, sourcing from Auroville farms: eggs, milk, cheese, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Greens and herbs comes from our own kitchen garden.

In our kitchen we avoid the use of refined oils. Instead we use extra virgin olive, organic cold pressed coconut oil, butter and homemade ghee. Everything is made from scratch, such as vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, pasta, ravioli, etc.
